Returns
At Mayken Light Candles, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your new candle or wax melt, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt.
In the circumstance, your item is approved for a return, it must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges incurred with your original order are non-refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at Tamiya@maykenlightcandles.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Mayken Light Candles: PO Box 537, Hawthorne NV 89415. You will be responsible for shipping costs on all returns, except in the case of damaged or defective items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at Tamiya@maykenlightcandles.com. In the message include your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Tamiya@maykenlightcandles.com.
